Design, plan, and manage comprehensive traditional marketing campaigns (e.g., print media, OOH/hoardings, radio spots, local sponsorships, and ATL & BTL activities).
Budget Management:
Oversee the traditional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) for all offline spending.
Vendor Management:
Select, negotiate with, and manage external agencies, printers, and media vendors to ensure high-quality material delivery.
Local Market Analysis:
Travel regularly to target launch locations (new and existing branches) to conduct firsthand market analysis, competitor mapping, and geographical assessment.
Execution Oversight:
Supervise the physical launch and placement of marketing materials (e.g., supervising hoarding installation, monitoring flyer distribution) to ensure quality and compliance.
Event Management:
Plan and execute local events, promotions, and street activations to drive immediate customer engagement.
Asset Creation:
Collaborate with the design team to develop high-impact printed materials (flyers, brochures, posters) tailored to specific local markets.
Collaborate with managers to establish budgets and monitor expenditures.
Skill / Expertise / Work background:
Experience:
Proven experience in a traditional or integrated marketing role, ideally within the [Industry, e.g., Logistics, Transport, FMCG] sector.
Skills:
Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Mobility:
Must be willing and able to travel frequently for on-site market analysis and campaign execution.
