Job Description


Job Responsibilities:
  • Complete hands on approach to managing high value trades , aged fails and client escalation
  • Manage daily transaction workflow within the team and align team resources accordingly.
  • Ensure the volume of work produced meets the quality standards.
  • Define Key objectives and KPI's for individual within the team , and provide the right guidance and leadership to enable them to achieve these KPI's .
  • Create a data driven approach to management . Create a strong control framework , that enables risk identification and remediation.
  • Foster culture of innovation and challenging the status quo. Create a strong partnership model with client and key stakeholders.
  • Be actively involved in planning resourcing strategy to manage volume growth and attrition .
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • At least 2+ Years' experience in the Pre-matching . Settlements , Fails management.
  • Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal.
  • Strong Control Mindset.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with stake across the globe and deliver strategic solutions for the client.
  • Ability to understand and analyze complex client queries and provide tactical and strategic solution , in line with client expectations.
