Trademo last closed its $12.5 MM Seed Round from marquee Silicon Valley VCs.Role : Sales Development Representative (Outbound) - USALocation : Gurgaon- onsiteTimings : 5:30 pm- 3:00 pmRole :- We are in search of a proficient and experienced Sales Development Representative to help us grow our business. As an SDR, you will be seeking new business prospects by contacting and developing relationships with our prospective customers. You will act as the first point of contact for our company.Responsibilities :- Own the complete lead generation & and management process from lead capture to follow-up and tracking them through the entire sales cycle.- Coordinate with the prospects and the Account Executive to set up business meetings/calls. Further, briefing the Account Executive about the prospect after conducting secondary research and collating relevant information.- Engage in dialogue to understand client requirements and expectations.- Work collaboratively with the Sales Team and obtain feedback on the quality of SALs generated from SDR campaigns.- Track full-funnel lead metrics and provide recommendations: program and campaign investments based on conversion rates.- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to leadership. Drive data capture and management. Provide regular database health checks, cleansing, and augmentation.- Partner closely with marketing, content designing, and AE teams to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns across email and web personalization.- Use the latest in account-based marketing technology to run multi-channel campaigns targeting Trademo\'s largest customers.- Knowledge of Sales funnel and pipeline structure.Requirements : - 2 - 5 years of Sales/ SDR/ Lead Generation/ Cold Calling experience in the SaaS industry is a must.- Experience in working with accounts in US markets would be a plus- Degree in business, marketing, technology, or any other related field. We are willing to also consider candidates with excellent research skills who may not have business degrees.- Excellent communication and research skills.- Functional experience in prospecting tools and CRM platforms, like - Sales Navigator, Outreach, Zoom info, Cognism, SFDC, etc- Proficient in lead generation and appointment setting via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn connects, etc.- Exceptional prospecting, discovery, and qualification skills should be able to connect and develop relationships with CXO-level executives over the phone/calls.- Must be organized, articulate, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.- Experience working in a rapidly growing, fast-paced organization selling SaaS solutions to enterprise companies managing IB chats.- Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity.
