This Sales Strategy Role for West will be responsible for driving customer development and trade marketing strategies within the FMCG industry. This role will focus on leading and executing initiatives to achieve business objectives. The role will be based in Mumbai.

• Develop and implement customer development and trade marketing strategies in the FMCG industry.

A successful applicant should have:

• A Tier 1 MBA from 2018 to 2021 batches.
• Experience in General Trade as ASM along with Sales Strategy role (trade marketing/customer marketing/GTM/etc.)
• Leadership skills to manage and inspire a dynamic team.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
• A results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving business objectives.
