Job description:
- We are looking for a Manager - Human Resources, to help implement and oversee all aspects of HR systems, policies and practices across the company.

- Employee engagement , event management and hosting
- Performance management, Training, development and talent management
- Thus, ensuring the long-term success of both HR and the organization as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations
- Hire, guide and evaluate the work of HR executives
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback. Incorporate Tracxn's culture of continuous improvement
- Plan Event - Book venues, entertainers, photographers & schedule speakers
- Assess an event's overall success and submit findings
- Implement effective HR policies
- Implement high-quality systems and processes in the areas On-boarding, Performance and Talent Management, Learning and Development, Rewards and Recognition, Culture and Compensation
- Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives rolled out by the HR dept
- End to end employee lifecycle management, from entry to exit
- Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations and policies
- Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices
- Employee Engagement
- Lead the engagement agenda of the organization - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Assisting with the planning, preparation, and organization of events.
- Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes. Maintain event budgets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience and deep knowledge of HR functions and policies
- People oriented and ability to use metrics and analytics for driving key results
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to host and manage events
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
- High intent of getting things done
