Job Description

About the Role:

This position combines strategy, operations, project management, and execution skill sets. You will be embedded in the Engineering vertical and provide business and administrative support to the Chief Technology Officer. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks and projects with the aim of enabling the CTO to be effective as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

- You will manage a team of project managers to execute various functions like Hiring, Training, Metrics reporting, supporting with Audits etc.

- Work on cybersecurity related projects like security infra, SOC 2 compliance etc by coordinating with different internal departments

- Manage vendors for various technology initiatives like cybersecurity testing (VAPT), SOC 2 compliance, 3rd party services etc

- Work on internal projects and initiatives to improve operations within the team including onboarding, rewards & recognitions etc.

Please apply if you have:

- A total of 7+ years of experience with 4+ years of experience in Project management or equivalent

- Programming experience / technical knowledge with a fundamental understanding of software development methodologies

- Have managed technical people
