Job Description
We are looking for the following position with NSE/BSE listed leading real estate group engaged in luxury townships, malls, five-star hotels and corporate buildings.
Designation: Manager - Strategy Analyst (CEO\'s Office)
Job Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore
Salary: 12-18 LPA
Desired Profile:
1. MBA from premier institute with 0.5 to 2 years demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic plans. And reported to the top management.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
The Strategy Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
2. Collect and analyze data on company performance and competitive landscape to develop insights and recommendations for senior management.
3. Develop and execute strategic plans to improve the company\'s operational efficiency and profitability.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and monitor progress against established goals
5. Continuously monitor industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to strategic plans as needed
