Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced research analyst to join our team. As the owner for strategic reports collaboration, you will be primarily responsible to look for partners and co-work with them to come up with co-branded reports. We plan to partner with VCs & PEs, IBs & Advisories, Media houses, and Events & Summits across the world.

Key responsibilities and expectations:

Primary - Collaboration to deliver Co-branded reports:

- Using Tracxn\'s vast data on startups and private equity deals, collaborate to build co-branded reports for our partners.

- Ensure timely delivery of data and other creatives to our partners and collaborators.

- Seek partnerships, build relationships via collaboration, and grow relationships over time.

- Lead your unit. Hire, train, and manage new people as needed.

- Track and measure the effort put into and the impact of each initiative.

Additional - Support the PR & Marketing initiatives:

- Help the PR team with report insights and customized content which will help journalists write insightful stories around the global startup ecosystems.

Please apply if you have:

- 7-11 years of total experience with at least 3-4 years of experience as a research analyst

- Proven ability to identify and solve complex problems

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- An interest to grow into a managerial role, managing a team of multiple analysts over time
