About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tracking Specialist to join our logistics operations team. The Tracking Specialist will be responsible for monitoring shipments, ensuring timely updates, and coordinating with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to provide accurate shipment visibility to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Track and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments in real-time using carrier portals, GPS systems, and internal tools. Provide timely status updates to customers, sales, and operations teams. Communicate with carriers, drivers, and dispatchers to ensure on-time pick-up and delivery. Proactively identify and resolve delays, exceptions, or service issues. Maintain accurate records of shipment milestones and update internal systems accordingly. Support customer service by addressing inquiries related to shipment status. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics execution and high customer satisfaction. Generate daily/weekly tracking reports for management review.

Pay: ?313,378.38 - ?500,000.00 per year
