Define and drive operational excellence projects to improve effectiveness, efficiency in functional process models
Responsibilities:
Organization Build 1. Hire, mentor and train a team of Senior Operational Managers, Line Manager and drive operational excellence 2. Implement defined organization service delivery culture and drive customer experience behaviors in the delivery organization
Delivery Management 1. Engineer and build effective and efficient process models by defining improvement areas, identifying the right internal controls and implementation methodologies 2. Identify areas of process improvements, digital intervention and implement in your towers 3. Work with Senior Leadership and drive optimization projects 4. Be responsible for compliance to organization process, statutory regulations and drive relevant outcomes 5. Strategize Knowledge retention processes and help build a knowledge bank, curated training material for delivery teams
Digital and Automation projects 1. Identify areas of automation, strategize, work with the relevant teams to implement digital transformation projects 2. Build Business case and ROI models for digital transformation
Tower Profitability 1. Drive Tower level Profitability on client engagements by ensuring effective cost management 2. Define and drive organizational metrics such as Cost per Transaction, Volumes per person etc

BCOM/Mcom/ MBA from premier institute

Desired Profile
1. Should have relevant experience of 11-16 years in a BPO/Shared Service Center 2. MBA Finance from a reputed university Good hands-on experience in overall finance and accounts, with understanding on accounting principles, reporting requirements, key controls and risks of the process. Good people and client management skills set. Ability to set up, streamline processes/procedures and improve the same. 4. Experience in handling team size of 50 and above 5. Working knowledge on Oracle Applications (desirable) in Tax or in any other Financial ERP.
