Core responsibilities

Package creation:

Design and plan tour itineraries, combining components like flights, hotels, and excursions based on client needs or market research.

Supplier negotiation and coordination:

Liaise with and negotiate rates with various providers such as airlines, hotels, and local guides to create comprehensive packages and ensure quality.

Customer service:

Advise customers on their options, handle bookings and payments, and provide support before, during, and after the tour. This includes handling complaints and emergencies.

Marketing and sales:

Promote tour packages through various channels like websites and brochures, and manage sales and invoicing.

Logistics and administration:

Confirm bookings, manage budgets, and ensure all travel arrangements are handled efficiently and smoothly.

Market research:

Conduct research to stay current with travel trends, identify popular destinations, and understand customer preferences.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
