Planning and preparing detailed travel itineraries
Arranging and booking transportation and accommodation services
Managing tour budget and other finances
Assisting clients with the visa application process
Processing and confirming reservations
Instructing travelers of safety procedures, travel essentials, and any other requirements
Promoting and selling travel packages
Welcoming travelers and announcing any important travel details
Informing travelers of the arrival and departure time and ensuring compliance with the same
Address any queries and complaints from the travelers
Informing travelers of sightseeing and other tourist attractions
Organizing and attending tourism events and exhibitions
Maintaining and updating a record of all travel-related activities
Obtaining journey feedback from travelers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
3-5 years of work experience as a Tour Manager, Travel Agent, Travel Planner, Travel Consultant , or a similar role in the Travel and Tourism industry
Complete knowledge of booking tickets and making other travel arrangements
Highly motivated and professional individual
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Good networking and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle stressful situations
A team player and ability to work independently
Ability to work for flexible hours and on weekends
