Job ad A Tour Consultant is responsible for providing travel advice and itinerary planning to clients. The consultant is expected to have in-depth knowledge of travel destinations, accommodation, transportation, and local attractions. The consultant must be able to create customized travel experiences for clients, plan and execute tours, and ensure that clients have a hassle-free travel experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Consult with clients on their travel needs and preferences 2. Research and provide recommendations for travel destinations, accommodation, transportation, and local attractions 3. Create customized travel itineraries that cater to clients\' needs and preferences 4. Plan and execute tours, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities 5. Negotiate rates with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing 6. Provide clients with information on travel documentation, such as visas and passports 7. Answer clients\' questions and concerns before, during, and after their trip 8. Follow up with clients to ensure they had a positive travel experience 9. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments 10.
