Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tour Consultant to join our growing team.

Based in Kolkata, you will play a key role in creating exceptional travel experiences by advising

clients, designing personalized itineraries, and managing end-to-end travel logistics. This role is

ideal for someone with a deep love for travel, strong customer service skills, and a keen eye for

detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consulting & Advising:

Engage with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget. Offer

expert advice on destinations, travel modes, accommodation, and experiences.

2. Itinerary Planning:

Craft personalized travel itineraries tailored to client interests. Recommend cultural

activities, sightseeing, dining, and lodging that suit their style and needs.

3. Booking & Reservations:

Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and tours. Ensure all arrangements align

with client expectations and timelines.

4. Travel Logistics:

Assist with visas, travel insurance, currency exchange, and up-to-date travel advisories.

Ensure compliance with international travel regulations.

5. Customer Service:

Provide proactive and responsive support throughout the client journey--from initial

inquiry to post-travel follow-up. Resolve issues promptly and professionally.

6. Destination Knowledge:

Stay informed on global travel trends, destination updates, and cultural insights to

enhance client experiences and support recommendations.

7. Sales & Marketing Support:

Promote travel products and services, negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing,

and help generate leads through client engagement and referrals.

8. Problem Solving:

Manage travel disruptions and emergencies efficiently, including flight delays, health

issues, and itinerary changes.

Preferred Qualifications:

? 6 to 10 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry

? Excellent communication and customer service skills

? Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability under pressure

? Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

? Patience, perseverance, and a client-first mindset

? Familiarity with booking platforms, travel software, and current visa/travel regulations
