About the Department

Novo Nordisk GBS TR (Total Rewards) was established in May 2015. We are responsible for driving various activities which includes participating in annual & ad-hoc compensation & benefits surveys, annual salary review and driving Salary ranges for countries where we have presence, drawing inferences from the market data and recommending to the TR (Total Rewards) partners. LTI (Long Term Incentives) administration, Benefits and STI (Short Term Incentives) benchmarking knowledge is preferable. Here, you will be a part of an ambitious, dynamic, and global PO (People Organisation) Operations team consisting of over 150+ employees who ensure high quality as well as fit-for-purpose processes for the entire value chain from research to market. We make quality easy, simple, and understandable.

The position

As TR Analyst in PO TRM (People Organization Total Rewards Management), you will be working with the Specialist in supporting various activities which includes participating in annual & ad-hoc compensation & benefits surveys and participating in annual salary review and incentive review budget process. You will also be responsible for:

  • Building Salary ranges, provide recommendations for countries and regions where we have presence which can drive decisions, drawing inferences from the market data and recommending to the Business partners.
  • Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Driving the Annual compensation review cycle - starting from putting the templates together, validating the inputs from HR, taking corrective measures to ensure right data in fed into planning too, guiding the P&O in ensuring smooth comp cycle.
  • Job Architecture exercise for our employees. Evaluation of Jobs and ensuring levelling is done accurately.
  • Building Compensation Dashboards which leads into decision making. LTI Benchmarking for our Exec positions and STI Benchmarking for employees Participating in Compensation Salary surveys and Benefits surveys.
Qualifications
  • Pharma/ Computational Science and Mathematics, statistics, finance or relevant natural science background (area of emphasis in Statistics) and postgraduate is preferred.
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience required. Experience in working with global teams or from the pharmaceutical industry an advantage - especially with patient-level analytic.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in working with global teams is an added advantage.
  • Patient level analysis experience in Pharmaceutical is an added advantage.
