Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse team of graphic designers, video producers, content creators, and marketplace specialists, ensuring the effective execution of marketing strategies from conception to live implementation on various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team specialized in graphic design, video production, content creation, and marketplace management.

- Delegate tasks and manage workflows to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of marketing materials.

- Supervise the entire process of creative development, from ideation to the launch of campaigns on digital platforms.

- Foster team efficiency and productivity by setting clear objectives and offering guidance and support.

- Coordinate with different organizational departments to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.

- Analyze campaign performance to continually optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of creative processes and a proven track record in guiding creative teams.

- Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership, particularly within creative environments.

- Solid background in performance marketing, particularly in digital and social media realms.

- Proficient in Excel and other data analytics tools.

- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with direct experience in D2C or agency settings.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Additional qualifications in marketing, digital marketing, or creative design are desirable.
