Monitoring and analyzing quality performance of tool room operators. Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes and products to ensure quality specifications are met. Preparing FPA (First Part Approval) report for new development of parts/ components (Moulded and Mechanical) Responsible for checking and making reports of Incoming raw material, in process and finished components as per quality plan. Review and approved work instruction for manufacturing components to minimize process time and standardize production process moulding parameters of the moulded product for different materials, machine maintenance checklist Responsible for problem analysis in dyes and providing corrective measures. Evaluating moulded article with CAD article to obtain deviation and report the required functional changes. Identifying the root cause for quality issues and ensuring implementation of modifications or corrective actions suggested. Any tasks related to the business, assigned by the reporting head, must be implemented. Educational Qualification : BE Mechanical
