Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage tool room machinery for maintenance and development of tools and dies. Read, interpret, and work accurately from

engineering drawings

. Use precision measuring instruments (

vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges

) for inspections and quality checks. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures. Collaborate with production teams to optimize tools for

Rigid and soft PVC profile extrusion

and

plastic pipe manufacturing

. Maintain proper documentation of tool maintenance, modifications, and history. Assist in the development of new tools and dies as per production requirements. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in the tool room.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

tool room operations

(basic and specific). Proficient in

engineering drawing interpretation

. Hands-on experience with

precision measuring tools

(vernier, micrometer, gauges). Knowledge of

gasket extrusion and rigid profile extrusion processes

. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in

pipe/plastic industries

is preferred. Prepare Monthly and yearly PM Plan

Pay: ₹14,232.40 - ₹25,890.87 per month
