To Analyze and implement solutions and should forecast any complexity and challenges involved. To Implement Router Configuration, Activation and Acceptance testing. To Exceed Customer Expectation in regards to Target set to maintain Outstanding Customer Experience. To evaluate and validate the technical design of VPN Solutions about you Configuration Experience on CISCO routers and SDWAN platformsknowledge on IP Routing protocols, Frame-Relay, ATM and Metro Ethernet. Good interpersonal and communication skills Good time management, and organizational skills Customer Oriented Attitude Ability to work under pressure and multitasking. Team Spirit Proactive and self motivated Problem Solving Skill education, qualifications, and certifications B.E in electronics and telecommunication or any other engineering degree. CCNA certification required. CCIP/CCNP preferred. Experience 4-6 years experience with an IP Service Provider Area of expertise - IPVPN ( CISCO & Juniper technologies) Experience on Cisco Platforms like 36xx 72xx, 75xx, GSR, ESR, ASR. Experiebce on Juniper Platforms like MX5, MX10 Router Models. Experience on Cisco Switches family knowledge: Cat2900 series, Cat3550/3650 series, Cat3750, Cat4500, Cat6500 series. Good level of practical technical knowledge and atleast have 2 to 3 years of experience in remote support additional information The role of VPO Senior Specialist will give you :- Exposure to change and release management activities for Network Services (IP VPN, DSL, Internet VPN, IP Telephony, , SDWAN etc) offered by Orange.
