Role

As the TM/LINE INCHARGE-FRAME ASSEMBLY you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Assembly(Frame Assembly)
The purpose of your role will be to responsible for Assembly Manufacturing at HM3H as per desired production volume through monitoring work flow and Optimal planning of equipment, raw material, consumable, manpower by ensuring safety guidelines adherence for the manufacturing setup.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Manage production(new models & running models) of good quality motorcycles on frame assembly lines.
2. Optimization of Rejection Cost, Consumable cost, Indirect tool cost for improving the profitability
3. Implementation of TPM, 5S & TEI activities to improve the employee engagement & efficiency.
4. Make, adhere & improve management system to sustain & improve the current level of deptt.
5. To ensure cost targets to be meet with assigned cost to aligned with overall deptt cost target.
6. To ensure safe, healthy and environment friendly shop floor with in his shift.

A Day in the life

Preparation of Manpower as per planning. Maintain check on process parameters of Critical equipment . Production planning of Shift in line with PPC plan. Maintain Product and process Quality requirement. Documentation and reporting of Production

Academic Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech in mechanical Engg or Diploma in Mechnical Engg
- 6 - 10 years relevant experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1. MS Office, SAP & Lotus notes.
2. 5S, TPM, SPC & TPS
3. Assembly line management
4. Robot Operations / SCADA System
5. Material Handling of critical / sophasticated parts
6. Safety protocols expoaue for handling of electronics parts

Behavioural Skills

1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
3. Strong supervisory and leadership skills
4. Behavioral Based Safety Approach
5. planning and decision making.
