Role

As the TM/LINE INCHARGE-FRAME ASSEMBLY you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to theSection Head - Frame Assembly.

The purpose of your role will be to manage factors of production like manpower, production tools & inventory in an optimal manner and follow the laid down SOP\'s of the Assembly Function.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. The position serves as a focal point of Assembly operations within the company

2. Requires coordination of work with direct reportee workmen, contractors, Support departments and management to ensure timely delivery of quality product to Customer

3. Read blueprints and technical drawings

4. TPM , Improvements such as Reduce set up time and machining time through process improvements

5. with Production planning, execution ,estimating and reporting

6. Give required technical & behavioural training to the ITI Manpower on regular basis

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.tech (Mechanical) ,or Diploma (Mechanical)

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1. Experience of IMS (ISO & OHSAS) & Documentation

2. Experience of TPM

3. Experience of Safety & HIRA

4. Ability to read & draw engineering drawings & blueprints

Behavioural Skills

1. Eye for details

2. Comfortable to work in Shifts A + B Shift

3. Behavioral Based Safety Approach

4. Teachning Focus attitude & mentorship based appproach.
