Position: TM1 Developer Mandatory Skills: IBM Planning Analytics, IBM Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), Planning Analytics for excel (PAX) Academic Background: BE/BTech Location: Pune,Noida,Indore,Bangalore and Hyderabad Responsibilities: Develop and optimize TM1 models using Cognos TM1 (preferably TM1 10.1 and higher), ensuring efficient data manipulation and accurate calculations. Write complex rules and Turbo Integrator processes using TM1 cubes, DMR, and reports to meet business requirements. Build dimensions, cubes, and links, and set up element/cube security. Create parent-child and alternate hierarchies. Implement security measures to protect TM1 applications and data. Create and maintain TM1 applications to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Utilize expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and other database query languages to integrate TM1 with external data sources and perform data analysis. Document reporting requirements and develop and publish BI packages using Cognos TM1 Framework. Develop reports based on the reporting requirements using Cognos Query, Report, and Event studios. Communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with overseas clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills. Collaborate with FP&A and other finance teams to understand financial requirements, translate them into design specifications, and develop specific finance applications. Document functional and technical designs to ensure comprehensive understanding and maintainable solutions. Stay updated with TM1 best practices, industry trends, and advancements in financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Receivable, and Fixed Assets. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience (Min 5 years) as a hands-on TM1 developer, proficient in TM1 10.1 and higher. Strong expertise in TM1 model building, including writing complex rules, Turbo Integrator processes, and setting up security. Knowledge of Cognos TM1 Framework and developing BI packages. Familiarity with Cognos Query, Report, and Event studios for report development. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in client handling. Experience documenting functional and technical designs. Strong understanding of finance modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Receivable, and Fixed Assets. Ability to collaborate effectively with FP&A and finance teams to translate financial requirements into TM1 solutions.
