The purpose of this job is to call customers and fix video KYC appointment. The agent on the given time slot need to complete the Video KYC of customers. The agent needs to maintain their own tracker and call all the customers within TAT.
They need to maintain the TAT and average call handling time as per the agreed norms. The role requires them to follow and adhere to RBI regulations (Lending), SEBI Regulations (Wealth) & ABFL guidelines.
The role requires sense of responsibility, analytical skills, sincerity & communication skills.
Minimum Experience Level
2 - 3 years
