1) Job Purpose
To Design, implement, monitor, maintain and Improve solutions in Infrastructure application portfolio to achieve maximum Business benefits for Identity, PIM, Directory services, Employee productivity/ Microsoft 365 Services within defined SLAs & achieve 24*7*365 service availability.
Also to Evaluate, Recommend, Design & drive Project activities and transition into operation of technological solutions for Service enhancements, problem solving, Performance Improvements, enhanced capacity and/or new features to meet business requirements in infrastructure application domain.
2) Job Context & Major Challenges
The objective of Infrastructure Shared Services and common Identity & infra application cloud services is to leverage the economies of scale in terms of cost and skill set to bring synergy between Group's IT functions.
The Identity & M365 cloud services infrastructure is one of the most business critical environment and it completely connect with end user experience. Since the last few years during COVID period & post that as well, there has been a substantial growth adoption M365 & employee collaboration services infrastructure, identity related controls like PIM & IAM.
Considering business needs/growth Identity framework infra is designed & deployed in hybrid model & it increases complexities of entire setup. With such complex environment it's essential to have stronge & sustainable architecture & continues governance. As Identity land scape cut across all other critical domains such enterprise business applications, end user devices, Mobile devices, Other cloud provides. & SaaS/PaaA infra structures
Therefore, the major challenge for the job holder are:

• Defining best in class, flexible, secure, robust identity architecture & strategy group wide
• Actions to be aligned with planning, engineering and deployment (PED)
• Managing multiple cloud platforms / domains under unified Identity Architecture
• Managing multiple partner/ vendors accesses under unified architecture and related technologies
• To maintain baseline security architecture while making changes or new technology onboarding
• Own & deliver projects related to infra apps domain (in time & in full)
• To build and drive roadmap towards maturity level of domain infrastructure.
• Work on strategic planning to help & support operational team.

A: Solution Design
To design the technical solution for internal ABG customers for Identity & collaboration requirements so as to enable them to meet their business demands in shortest possible timeframe and minimum cost. Actions to be aligned with planning, engineering and deployment (PED)

• Study and evaluate new technologies Identity & related cloud domains by co-ordinating with appropriate OEM's and considering business needs.
• Articulate business benefits & value additions in terms of business value, value at risk etc.
• Conduct a technical feasibility study with respect to functionality v/s requirement.
• Prepare & Submit the techno-commercial comparison
• To get the buy-in from management to implement the

B: Project Management
Plan & deliver all Infrastructure application project ensuring 100% scope delivery within allocated time & resources.

• Study and evaluate Project Scope considering business needs.
• Prepare deliverables
• Manage stake owners & scheduling
• Evaluate better delivery options
• Source & Submit the techno-commercial proposals
• Get project buying from businesses
• End to end Project delivery

C: Evaluation of new Technology
To evaluate new Technologies in Identity & collaboration for effective management and improve the service quality & to derive business benefits. * Evaluate new technologies for Infra Apps domain by coordinating with appropriate OEM's considering business needs.

• Conduct a technical feasibility study with respect to functionality v/s requirement.
• Prepare & Submit the techno-commercial comparison
• To get the buy-in from management to implement the proposed solution
• Implement approved solutions

B Process Adherence
To facilitate businesses for ITIL / ISO 20000 & 27001 framework in order to maintain the standards.

• Archive 100% adherence to all the rolled-out process.
• Front-end the periodical audits conducted in Datacenter and ensure closure of the NCs identified in Infrastructure application domain. Implement approved solutions

G: Customer Review
Perform regular reviews with customers to identify business requirement and service improvement feedback.
a. Advise businesses with regards to service requirements and promote available services
b. Develop and implement service improvement plans
H. Account Management * Measure and report service satisfaction levels

• Identify service gaps and recommends appropriate services
• Assist in defining service and solution requirements of businesses

I. Supplier Management * Measure and report supplier performance

• Plan & drive service improvement plan along with vendor
• Perform periodic review with Supplier on service performance
