Role

As the Team Manager - Safety & Environment you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Saftey & Environment. The purpose of your role will be to manage the creation and sustenance of environmental, social, and safety impact across different value streams - environment, health, diversity, energy, battery, manufacturing, logistics, etc. and Building Safety Culture and make stakeholders responsible for their process

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Measures for prevention of accidents
• Organise legal compliance activities as per calendar.
• Supervision of safety & Fire Protection facilities
• Organising trainings & awareness to reduce the injuries & incidents.
• Environmental Protection activities

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the creation and sustenance of environmental, social, and safety impact across different value streams - environment, health, diversity, energy, battery, manufacturing, logistics, etc. and Building Safety Culture and make stakeholders responsible for their process

Academic Qualification & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Science. Post Diploma in Industrial Safety
• 10 to 12 Years of Experience in the field of EHS Management
• Qualified Safety Officer Course as per law
• Must have Lead Auidtor course on ISO 14001/45001
• Proven expereience of delivering coordinating and leading variety of people and projects

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Knowledge of Safety & Environment Activities
• Knowledge on risk assessment
• Conduction safety audits, implementing various measures to acheive high safety in the organization.
• Good Communication & Presentation Skills
• Dilligent with great attanetion to detail
