Drive implementation of HR policies, payroll and statutory compliance, performance management cycles, and compensation reviews while fostering employee engagement and benefits administration. Lead job evaluation, HR digitization, and automation initiatives to enhance process efficiency, data integrity, and strategic decision-making.
