Reports To: Sales ManagerJob Summary: The Executive - New Sales will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the elevators and escalators sector. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to establish relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the elevators and escalators market.- Generate leads through networking, industry events, and digital channels.2. Client Engagement:- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase product offerings and solutions.3. Sales Strategy Execution:- Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust the sales approach as necessary.4. Proposal Development:- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts in response to client inquiries.- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals meet client specifications.5. Sales Reporting:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in the CRM system.- Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to management.6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:- Work with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.- Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.7. Market Research:- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential sales opportunities.- Stay informed about technological advancements and industry best practices.8. Customer Support:- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.- Follow up with client's post-sale to build long-term relationships.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field.- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the elevators and escalators industry.- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Other Requirements:- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
