Job Description

- Actively engage in lead generation through outbound calls, emails, prospecting, networking, - Book appointments for Field sales team and update via CRM system - VIEW- Manage inbound calls and emails, determine needs, and enter information into the CRM system.- Review and analyze sales data for better business growth.- Manage sales pipeline, segmentation, and accurate forecasting and take corrective action where necessary.- Create TKE Brand value with Builders, Architects, and Consultants. Send the latest updates.- Route qualified prospects to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure- May also be involved in order intake administrative-related activities.- Maintain accurate records and information on all customer activities in VIEW.- Develop as a VT planner for building and maintaining relationships with Architect Designers and consultants educating them about company Products and Solutions and Reference Projects in the Region and Pan India as a whole.- Build the most robust project pipeline to contribute to the Company's growth and support branches to achieve their sales targets. - Develop account profiles, identify key buying personas, and report important account developments in a timely fashion.- Demonstrates commitment to TKE Company Core Values by leading, acting, and behaving in a manner consistent with these values.- Must be organized, able to work independently and as a team player, have a positive attitude, and good listening skills.
