Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth booking experience. Address customer concerns related to ticketing, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Itinerary Planning: Assist clients in planning travel itineraries, including selecting destinations, booking accommodations, arranging transportation, and recommending activities and attractions.
Fare Calculation: Calculate fares, taxes, and surcharges accurately based on airline tariffs, fare rules, and booking class availability. Provide clients with pricing options and recommendations to suit their budget and preferences.
Documentation: Prepare and issue electronic tickets, e-tickets, and paper tickets for confirmed bookings. Ensure all necessary travel documents, such as visas, passports, and travel insurance, are obtained and provided to clients as required.
Booking Amendments: Process changes and amendments to existing bookings, including flight rebookings, date changes, seat assignments, and upgrades. Coordinate with airlines and other travel suppliers to accommodate client requests.
Payment Processing: Collect payments from clients for confirmed bookings through various payment methods, such as credit cards, bank transfers, or cash. Ensure accuracy in payment processing and maintain proper records of transactions.
Sales and Promotion: Promote travel products, packages, and special offers to clients to increase sales and revenue. Cross-sell and upsell additional services, such as travel insurance, airport transfers, and sightseeing tours.
