Daksh Networking Pvt. Ltd. is hiring candidates for Ticketing Executive job in New Delhi with an experience of 1 year(s). Candidate would be responsible for providing various planning and booking services, answering customers' questions, making travel suggestions, and booking rooms and tickets.
- Good & sound knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/GALILEO) System for International/ Domestic Ticketing fare calculation, Issue, Reissue, Cancellation & Refunds Process Incumbent should have fair knowledge of domestic as well as international itineraries Good PC skills, MS Office applications and email management Excellent Customer service and communication skills (Both Written and Verbal). Handle corporate/ individuals clients with their travel requirements like reservation/ticketing/fares /hotels Knowledge Of corporate travel economics and travel technology/tools will be an added advantage Developing and maintaining relationships with Local travel agents, Tour Operators/ Hotels/ Suppliers and tourist boards.
- Can issue tickets both online and offline
Contract length: 24 monthsSalary: ?10,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per monthSchedule:
