Job Description
Candidate must have a positive approach towards the clients and have a tendency to mature the leads to confirmed bookings. Candidate must be from Travel background with 5 - 10 years of experience in Ticketing. Responsible for scheduling flights based on customer needs and available flights. Keep records of customer information into system to issue tickets , update records and for any future requirements. Should have Experienced in Issue/Reissue/Refunding of International & Domestic Air ticketing. Should have very good command on GDS/Amadeus and Galileo and LCC
- Good Geographical Knowledge in City codes, Airport codes, Airline hub etc.
- Interacting with the Airlines/ customers.
- Good in Written and verbal English skills.

- Bachelor\'s (Required)
