Job Role: - Ticketing Executive, Mumbai. Company: - We are a SaaS based travel technology platform whose mission is to power the success of travel agents, in particular relatively smaller ones. Tourwiz (www.tourwizonline.com) is a company which is a joint venture between Travelcarma (www.travelcarma.com) which is a comprehensive travel software company catering to the larger travel universe globally (agents, suppliers, airlines, online travel booking entities, wholesalers, integrators etc.) and leading financial company Monarch Net worth Capital Limited (MNCL). We believe that there is a big opportunity to move mid-sized agents from a cumbersome and inefficient predominantly Excel sheets-based framework to a cloud-based, SaaS technology solution for their entire workflow, i.e. Manage bookings, capture enquiries, easy access to flights and hotels, customize content and rates, build convenient itineraries, and track proposals, invoices, vouchers, receivables and payables - all at the right price points. Experience: - 3 to 5 years : -
Should have Understanding of Airline/Aviation/Travel industry.
Should have knowledge of Travel B2B market or any of airlines.
You will be team member of Fare Hawker Group Desk, will responsible for handling of Group Queries (both domestic and International).
Will need to action group queries by coordinating with concern senior person.
Will need to talk to travel agents/ B2C & understand their requirement about group booking & try to match budget for group confirmation.
It should be good in "Galileo and Amadeus." Will need to reply Flight and Fare Enquiries on emails.
Handling Group Ticketing and Refunds/re-booking of tickets.
Handling airlines ticket booking mails from both internal & external customers.
Handling cases (Query / Request / Complaint / Appreciations). Dealing with various internal departments/ airlines.
Offering alternative flight & fare solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer's business. Job Type: Full-time Salary: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month Schedule:
