Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with travel planning, hotel, and flight bookings.
  • Utilize GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre/Galileo) for bookings and reservations.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, Slack, and other channels.
  • Ensure accuracy in ticketing and provide quality customer service.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating strong multitasking skills.
  • Adapt to variable shifts based on business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Interest in tourism, hotels, and flights (no prior experience required).
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn GDS systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word for basic data management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts during the internship program.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
