Job Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Booking tickets through GDS software and other available portals \xe2\x97\x8f Liaison with all Airlines for best-negotiated fares required for our tours/ clients \xe2\x97\x8f Resolve issues related to airline tickets such as booking problems, cancellation of tickets, andthe issue of additional tickets. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain Strong PR with all airlines. \xe2\x97\x8f Analyzing air tour budget and getting the lower fare than budget so that we can make moreprofits \xe2\x97\x8f Scheduling flights based on customer needs and available flights \xe2\x97\x8f Communicating with customers to answer questions about tickets, pricing, or flight schedules \xe2\x97\x8f Collecting payment from customers for airline tickets, including cash, credit card transactions,checks, or money orders \xe2\x97\x8f Entering customer information into a computer system to issue tickets or update records \xe2\x97\x8f Explaining applicable fees and taxes for each ticket \xe2\x97\x8f Helping clients with the travel-related question \xe2\x97\x8f Working alongside the tours sales team Requirements \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 1-2 years of experience in domestic and international ticketing \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelors or Diploma in Travel, tourism, or any related field. \xe2\x97\x8f Experience in managing corporate clients \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work in a fast-paced environment \xe2\x97\x8f Fluent in written and spoken English \xe2\x97\x8f Able to work on excel Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
