Job Description
Designation - Ticketing Executive About the role: We are looking for a person who has an understanding of PNR Creation, Issuance, Reissuance, Changes/Cancellation, Rescheduling and a good knowledge on GDS. Roles & Responsibilities:
- PNR Creation, Issuance, Reissuance, Changes/Cancellation, Rescheduling.
- Will be coordinating with Airline and customers over the phone and emails.
- Responsible for Revenue generation for the company.
- Good Geographical Knowledge i.e., City codes, Airport codes, Airline hub etc.
- Minimum 6 months of Hands-on experience in Domestic & International Ticketing.
- Good stability background.
- Good in Written and verbal English skills.
- Willing to work 24x7. (No Night Shifts For Girls)
- Ability to perform under Pressure.
- Must have GDS Galileo and Sabre hands on experience.
