Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Ticketing Software - Amadeus Or Galileo Or Sabre (GDS) \xc2\xb7 Flight Booking: Assist clients in booking international flights, considering their preferences, travel dates, and budget constraints. \xc2\xb7 Ticketing: Handle the complete ticketing process, including issuing tickets, reissuing tickets, and managing ticket changes as required. \xc2\xb7 Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by addressing clients\' inquiries, offering travel advice, and resolving any issues related to their travel plans. \xc2\xb7 Itinerary Planning: Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive travel itineraries that meet their needs, considering layovers, stopovers, and other travel preferences. \xc2\xb7 Fare Analysis: Stay updated on airline fares, special promotions, and discounts to offer the best possible pricing options to clients. \xc2\xb7 Documentation: Ensure all necessary travel documents, such as visas, passports, and travel insurance, are in order for clients traveling internationally. \xc2\xb7 Coordination: Work closely with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements. \xc2\xb7 Problem Solving: Address and resolve any travel-related issues that may arise, such as flight delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes. \xc2\xb7 Travel Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
