JD for the Social Media Intern - The FormularxJob Details:Stipend : - 12,000 per MonthJob type: Full-timeShift and schedule: Morning shiftFull :Role Title: Social Media InternDepartment: Social Media MarketingDivision: MarketingLocation: Noida, NCRWorking Mode: Work From OfficeKey Responsibilities :Content Creation : Assist in creating compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.Scheduling and Publishing : Help schedule and publish posts on different social media channels using appropriate tools and platforms.Engagement and Interaction : Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering meaningful interactions with followers.Research and Trends : Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to help optimize content strategy.Analytics and Reporting : Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns and providing insights to refine future strategies.Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.Creative Input : Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence and capture the attention of our target audience.Qualifications :- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.- A strong interest in social media platforms and digital marketing trends.- Proficient in using social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.- Basic understanding of content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Spark is a plus.- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.- Creative mindset and willingness to propose and experiment with new ideas.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Duration and Compensation:- This is a full-time internship position, with a duration of 3 months.The Formularx is an equal opportunity employer.
