As a crucial part of the team, the candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online store, including cataloguing, image editing, ad creation, and data management. They are expected to ensure the smooth functioning of our E-commerce platforms.Roles & Responsibilities :- Create and manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and specifications.- Conduct regular audits to ensure the consistency and accuracy of product information.- Optimize product categorization and attributes to enhance searchability and user experience.- Manage and analyze product data, sales reports, and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Utilize Excel to create and maintain comprehensive spreadsheets for product inventory, pricing, and sales data.- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth functionality, order processing, and inventory management.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and IT, to optimize the online shopping experience.- Share performance report with management on the number of complaints received and handled.- Maintaining individual logs of lost/damaged etc. Regularly and sharing the same with concerned authorities at each month end.- Monthly Closure & Reconciliation.- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve overall supply chain efficiency- Forecast demand and plan for future logistics needs.- Analyse data related to logistics operations to identify trends and areas for improvement.Qualifications/Skills :- Proven experience in E-commerce.- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.- Ability to think of long-term solutions rather than short-term fixes.- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.- Proficient in keeping records of all data associated with shipments and remittance.Salary :18,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month (ref:updazz.com)
