- TGT SST Teacher
Qualification:
B.A. in History / Geography / Political Science / Economics
B.Ed. mandatory
CTET qualified (preferred for CBSE schools)
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience (you can specify 2 years if required)
Responsibilities:
Teach Social Science (History, Geography, Civics & Economics) to Classes 6-10
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, projects & assessments
Conduct engaging activities, discussions and map work to enhance learning
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
Maintain classroom discipline and create an interactive environment
Prepare students for exams and guide them in improving writing skills
Participate in staff meetings, PTMs and school programs
Stay updated with the latest teaching techniques and curriculum changes
Skills Required:
Strong subject knowledge of History, Geography, Civics & Economics
Good communication & classroom management
Ability to simplify concepts and engage students
Familiarity with digital teaching tools (smartboard, PPTs etc.)
