Promote and sell textile products (yarn, fabric, garments, home textiles)
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, dealers, and distributors
Handle key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
Study market trends, fabric demand, and fashion preferences
Monitor competitor activities and pricing
Maintain strong knowledge of textile materials, blends, GSM, weaves, and finishes
Explain quality, specifications, and applications to customers
Receive customer orders and coordinate with production and dispatch teams
Ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with customers
Ensure profitability while remaining competitive
Coordinate fabric or garment samples for customer approval
Manage feedback and required modifications
Follow up on outstanding payments and credit limits
Coordinate with accounts/finance teams
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer data
Maintain records in CRM or sales systems
Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings
Conduct regular market and factory visits
