Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Fabric and Print Quality Checker to ensure the quality of the fabrics and prints used in our products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting quality checks on fabrics and prints to ensure they meet our standards for durability, colourfastness, and overall appearance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough quality checks on fabrics and prints to ensure they meet our quality standards. - Inspect fabrics for any defects or flaws, including color discrepancies, stains, and holes. - Check the print design for any misalignments or inconsistencies. - Ensure that the fabric\'s weight, texture, and finish meet the required specifications. - Record and report any issues or deviations from our quality standards to the production team. - Work closely with Designers and the production team to resolve any quality issues and ensure that products meet customer expectations. - Maintain accurate records of all quality checks and communicate any updates or changes to the production team. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or textile-related role - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and flaws in fabrics and prints - Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and fabric properties - Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Physical Demands: - Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks - Manual dexterity and ability to manipulate fabrics and prints - Good eyesight and color vision -This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits packages.
