Job Description

Quality ControllerResponsibilities:

• Developing, managing, implementing, and communicating a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.

• Effectively interacting with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.

• Working to resolve potential manufacturing and costing issues prior to development of print concepts to ensure quality execution in bulk.

• Proven ability to work closely and partner effectively with Designers and Production partners

• Monitoring performance of suppliers of raw-materials.

• Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner.

• Supervising in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.

• Monitoring QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.

• Overseeing the knitting QA area to achieve the customer requirement to get the fabric right first time.

• Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.

• Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory

• Doing In-line inspection to check the quality

• Follow up Pre- Final inspection

• Providing approval such as print, embroidery, wash, etc as per required by the buyer.

Specifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Material Science or relevant field
• Certification of quality control is a strong advantage
• working knowledge of data analysis/statistical method
• In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
• Deep understanding of raw material development and cost engineering
• Good analyzing skills to find out root cause and give appropriate solution
• Excellent leadership skills, Planning implementing evaluating and setting Proper systems. For better efficiency.
• MS Office Proficiency
