Technical & Product Responsibilities

Understand textile products (fabrics, yarns, finishes, machinery, or chemicals) and explain their technical features to customers Provide technical solutions based on customer needs (quality, cost, performance) Assist customers with product selection, trials, and troubleshooting Coordinate with production and R&D teams for custom requirements
Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new customers and markets Maintain strong relationships with existing clients Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Customer Support & After-Sales Service

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction Conduct follow-up visits and performance reviews
Market & Industry Analysis

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer demands Collect feedback from customers and share insights with management Suggest improvements or new product opportunities
Documentation & Reporting

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports Maintain records of quotations, orders, and customer interactions Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with production, quality, logistics, and finance teams Act as a link between customers and internal technical teams

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
