Required: TEXTILE DESIGNER at SURAT LOCATION About The Company- TEXTILE INDUSTRY / PRINT Prior experience And Skills - as a textile designer / Photoshop Minimum 1-5 Years Experience As a Textile Designer (Preferably from - a ( textile Industry / Garment/saree/Kurti ) Location - Surat Key Requirements Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a Textile Designer with expertise in PHOTOSHOP. Prior experience in the textile/garments industry is preferred. Good planning and follow-up skills in printing (digital printing) production flow, ability to balance the production process effectively. Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring. Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines. Manage operations effectively through the optimization of the manufacturing processes, equipment, scheduling, and efficient supervision of personnel to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals and objectives.
