Testing & Validation Engineer, Quality Management

Location:

Farukh Nagar, Gurugram

Type:

Full-time, in-office (Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

Experience:

1-4 year's; Experience in Testing and Quality Assurance of home appliances products, ensuring the highest product quality by Testing the products before launch.

What You'll Do

Develop, implement, and execute test plans, protocols, and validation procedures for new and existing home appliances. Conduct performance, durability, reliability, and safety testing as per internal requirements, Indian and international standards (ISI, BIS etc.). Document test results, analyze failures, and provide root cause analysis and corrective action proposals. Work closely with supplier, Design, and Manufacturing teams to validate new product designs and design changes. Support certification and regulatory compliance testing. Maintain and calibrate test equipment, fixtures, and lab instruments. Prepare and present test reports, dashboards, and validation summaries to stakeholders. Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and reliability. Support PDI as a manufacturing partner.

Who Are You?

Qualifications:

B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering.

Background:

Should have completed a college project that involved hands-on practical experience in Product testing, problem-solving, demonstrating the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges.

Skillset:

DFMEA, RCA, 8D, MS Excel, Product Testing and Problem solving etc.

Competencies:

Strong communication & Inter personal skills, Flexibility to travel based on the requirement.
