Group Company: TVS Motor Company Position description: Lead engine management system(EMS) calibration program for emission, driveablity, OBD in motorcycle application. Primary Responsibilities:
- Calibration of Engine management system for 2W gasoline engine application
- Base engine calibration for air charge, ignition path & Torque structure
- Vehicle drivability & emission calibration for achieving BS6 & EU5 emission norms
- Knowledge on OBD1 & OBD2 calibration
- Engine management system check, sensor & actuator characterisation
- Undertand the test rider feedback & convert into engineering solution
Basic Communication Skills Basic Team building & Working in Team Interpersonal Effectiveness & Personal Leadership Time Management Willing to travel for calibration test trips
