We are seeking a skilled Testing Engineer / Field Service Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Testing Engineer / Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services to our clients. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Vadodara, Gujarat, India and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Testing Engineer or Field Service Engineer
• Strong technical skills in equipment troubleshooting and repair
• Excellent project planning and management abilities
• Ability to conduct site surveys and assess technical requirements
• Experience in equipment installation and configuration
• Knowledge of project scheduling and documentation
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform testing and troubleshooting of equipment and systems
• Conduct site surveys to assess technical requirements
• Install and configure equipment at client sites
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers
• Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure successful project completion
• Develop project plans and schedules
• Document and report test results, issues, and resolutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements
