Job Description

As the Testing and Validation Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of EV charging products. You will lead the validation of hardware and software systems, manage testing protocols, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet global standards.

• Lead the end-to-end testing and validation of EV chargers (AC & DC) across product lifecycle stages.
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and validation strategies for hardware, firmware, and integrated systems.
• Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., IEC, ISO, BIS) and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with design, software, and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve product issues.
• Manage test labs, equipment calibration, and environmental testing setups.
• Analyze test data, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and automation.
• Support customer-specific validation requirements and field issue replication.
• Mentor junior engineers and build a high-performing validation team.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product testing and validation, preferably in EVSE, automotive, or power electronics domains.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of EV charging technologies, power electronics, and embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and environmental chambers.
• Familiarity with communication protocols (CAN, Modbus, OCPP) and firmware validation.
• Knowledge of safety and EMC standards applicable to EV chargers.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
