• Good Experience with DB testing and Manual testing
• Good experience in Agile
• Good Experience in HR applications
• Knowledge of Asset Management and Financial domains are a plus
• Be able to suggest practices and optimize testing effectively
• Test Automation will be a value add
• Experience in testing loading of data into application and extracts against specs is important

Communication - Mandatory Excellent communication skills written and verbal Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions Should be able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, Business Users (UAT), QA team members and other peers Demonstrable ability to influence Are comfortable talking to the Business and working alongside them day-to-day for UAT Strong functional skills with experience working with HR applications or systemIdentifying, modifying and creating test date in the above environments You are an experienced test Engineer working on HR applications
Candidates will be required to demonstrate a deep process knowledge in these areas - Excellent knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle including understanding the various types of testing- You are confident in developing advanced test scripts and case from technical designs and specifications- You have experience working on testing programmes, working closely with technology and business functions throughout the delivery lifecycle to enable a seamless transition to implementation within tight timeframes- You have excellent communication skills, verbal and written English- You have excellent skills in acquiring and analysing test data - Assessing problems from multiple angles to ensure all relevant issues are considered when making decisions What we appreciate about you We value people who are self-starters, who have a natural curiosity and a thirst for knowledge and place self-improvement high on their own agenda.
