MMC Technology MMC Technology is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Gurgaon office: Test Lead Last Date to Apply - 19th Septemb 2022 What can you expect The principal role of the hired candidate as a Test Lead he would be to provide support to multiple Applications and would be would be to lead the team providing support to Corporate and Health Applications it would include coding and testing of existing/new processes using the chosen platform. Candidate should have fair exposure on testing processes and selenium setup, configuration, Operational processes to support and maintain live automated scripts. Candidate needs to be able to minimize the adverse impact of bugs and should be able to do Root cause analysis for the business processes and prevent reoccurrence of the bugs What is in it for you you will be responsible for the delivery of a wide range of Quality Analyst tasks that support the implementation of complex projects This is an opportunity to join a small collaborative team that works closely with all aspects of the business and in a role that delivers value to clients, colleagues and shareholders. We will count on you to: 8-10+ years\' experience in the IT industry Demonstrable experience of working on successful test programs on enterprise scale applications or projects Understanding Business requirements and identifying scenarios for Automated and Manual testing Strong Java/Java Script Automation knowledge. Design Automation test scripts ensuring proper coverage of Regression is achieved Execution of test scripts(Manual and Automated) and reporting the regression test results to the team on a daily basis Investigate technical problems and needs and determine possible solutions Document test results, defect logs and issue logs wherever possible Participate in development of technical documentation where possible Status reporting to the Test Lead/ Manager Communicate effectively with team members and stake holders of the regression test Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies to complete requirements gathering & testing Experience in the implementation of change management activities related to people, process and system enhancements Selecting or Identifying Areas/Test cases for Automation. Designing & Implementing Test Automation Strategy. Creating Automation Test Plan and getting approvals. Choose selenium tools and Configuring Selenium Test Environment (Ex: Eclipse IDE, Java, Selenium WebDriver and TestNG etc ). Involvement in Selenium Environment Setup Knowledge of API testing would be a plus Automation Framework Design and Implementation. Creating, Organizing, and managing Test Automation Resources. Creating, Enhancing, debugging and Running Test Cases. Organizing, monitoring defect management process. Handling changes and conducting Regression Testing. Finding solutions for Object Identification issues and error handling issues. Co-coordinating Test team members and Development team in order to resolve the issues. Experience in the building of implementation artefacts such as policies, procedures, system user documentation, communication and training material Excellent stakeholder relationship and communication skills (written and verbal ) Provide low level /effort estimation This includes project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, communication and cost (overall accountability from original concept through the final implementation of IT solutions). Participation in Root cause analysis and resolutions Involve in business requirements discussions with business Manages daily stand up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, demos, and other scrum related activities. Tracks and communicate scrum metrics including team velocity and sprint/release progress. Ensures Agile/scrum concepts and principles are adhered to including continuous integration builds and coaches team in implementing and practicing Agile Principles and methods. Helps the product owner establish and enforce sprint priorities and release delivery deadlines. Designs optimal solutions and prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goals. Holds teams accountable for meeting iteration/sprint commitments. Mediates, arbitrate, mitigate and facilitates impediments with the team members and the organizational hierarchy. Works to get the job done, which may include some development. Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information.
